5.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are used for AI-powered features including blueprint generation, Cosmo chat, transit analyses, and memory tools.

1 credit = $0.01 USD

5.2 Credit Packs

Credits are sold in the following packs:

• Starter Pack: 1,000 credits for $10.00 USD
• Bundle Pack: 5,000 credits for $45.00 USD (10% discount)
• Pro Pack: 25,000 credits for $200.00 USD (20% discount)
• Business Pack: 100,000 credits for $700.00 USD (30% discount)

5.3 Feature Costs

• Blueprint Generation: 20-680 credits depending on selected modules (full blueprint: 680 credits)
• Cosmo AI Chat: 1-3 credits per message depending on complexity
• Transit Forecast: 3 credits
• Full Transit Analysis: 21-23 credits
• Memory Tools: 0-1 credit per operation
• Viewing saved data: FREE (no credits required)

5.4 Standalone Blueprint Option

A standalone blueprint purchase option is available for $9.00 USD (one-time purchase, no account required).

5.5 Non-Transferable

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.6 No Expiration

Purchased credits never expire and remain available in your account until used.

6. Refund Policy

We evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair treatment for every user.

6.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@mycosmicadvisor.com with:

• Transaction ID or order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for your refund request
• Any relevant details (technical issues, dissatisfaction, etc.)

6.2 Review Process

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Time since purchase

• Account history and good faith of request

6.4 Common Scenarios

While we evaluate each request individually, here are some common scenarios:

• Accidental Purchase: Contact us within 24 hours for fastest resolution. Full refund available if credits are unused.

• Dissatisfaction: We will try to resolve the issue first. A refund may be offered if the issue cannot be fixed.

• Use them for commercial purposes without written permission
• Claim them as your own original work

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Impersonate any person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXIS DEV, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
