1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyCosmicAdvisor ("the Service"), operated by Nexis Dev, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

MyCosmicAdvisor provides personalized cosmic blueprints combining:

• Astrological birth chart analysis
• Human Design readings
• Numerology insights
• AI-generated interpretations

5. Credits and Purchases

5.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are used for AI-powered features including blueprint generation, Cosmo chat, transit analyses, and memory tools.

1 credit = $0.01 USD

5.2 Credit Packs

Credits are sold in the following packs:

• Starter Pack: 1,000 credits for $10.00 USD
• Bundle Pack: 5,000 credits for $45.00 USD (10% discount)
• Pro Pack: 25,000 credits for $200.00 USD (20% discount)
• Business Pack: 100,000 credits for $700.00 USD (30% discount)

5.3 Feature Costs

• Blueprint Generation: 55-1900 credits depending on selected modules (full blueprint: 1900 credits)
• Cosmo AI Chat: 1-3 credits per message depending on complexity
• Transit Forecast: 3 credits
• Full Transit Analysis: 21-23 credits
• Memory Tools: 0-1 credit per operation
• Viewing saved data: FREE (no credits required)

5.4 Standalone Blueprint Option

A standalone blueprint purchase option is available for $19.00 USD (one-time purchase, no account required).

5.5 Non-Transferable

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.6 No Expiration

Purchased credits never expire and remain available in your account until used.

5.7 Cosmo Subscriptions

In addition to pay-as-you-go credits, we offer monthly subscription plans for our Cosmo AI assistant:

• Cosmo Standard: $14.00 USD/month — 1,600 Cosmo credits per month
• Cosmo Premium: $29.00 USD/month — unlimited Cosmo credits

5.8 Free Trial and Automatic Renewal

Certain subscription offers (including Cosmo Premium when selected at checkout) include a 7-day free trial. By enrolling in a free trial, you explicitly agree that:

• Your free trial begins on the date you subscribe and lasts 7 calendar days.
• At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the advertised price ($29.00 USD/month for Cosmo Premium), and your payment method on file will be charged.
• Your subscription will automatically renew every month at the same price until you cancel, and your payment method will be charged on each renewal date.
• To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the free trial. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel before the next billing date.

You authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to store your payment method and to charge it for the trial conversion and subsequent renewals in accordance with these Terms.

5.9 How to Cancel a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation methods:

• From your account: Dashboard → Billing → Cosmo Subscription → Cancel

When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period (or the end of your free trial if you are still in the trial window). No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. Refund Policy

We evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair treatment for every user.

6.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@mycosmicadvisor.com with:

• Transaction ID or order number
• Date of purchase
• Reason for your refund request
• Any relevant details (technical issues, dissatisfaction, etc.)

6.2 Review Process

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6.3 What We Consider

• Credits used versus credits purchased
• Time since purchase
• Nature of the issue (technical problems, dissatisfaction, etc.)
• Account history and good faith of request

6.4 Common Scenarios

While we evaluate each request individually, here are some common scenarios:

• Accidental Purchase: Contact us within 24 hours for fastest resolution. Full refund available if credits are unused.
• Technical Issues: Describe the problem in detail. We may offer credit restoration or a refund.
• Dissatisfaction: We will try to resolve the issue first. A refund may be offered if the issue cannot be fixed.
• Unused Credits: Explain your situation. Full or partial refunds may be granted based on circumstances.

6.5 Subscription Refunds

The following rules apply specifically to Cosmo subscriptions (Standard and Premium):

• Free trial period: You will not be charged if you cancel before the end of the 7-day free trial. No refund is owed because no charge was made.
• Monthly charges: Subscription fees are billed in advance for each monthly period and are generally non-refundable once charged. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of that period.
• Accidental renewal: If you were charged for a renewal and had intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge at contact@mycosmicadvisor.com. We will consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, particularly if the subscription has not been actively used during the new billing period.
• Billing errors or technical issues: We will correct any confirmed billing error and refund incorrect charges in full.

Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for requesting a refund. Please contact us first — we resolve the vast majority of issues within a few business days.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate birth information for chart calculations
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexis Dev, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your generated blueprints are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the blueprints
• Use them for commercial purposes without written permission
• Claim them as your own original work

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Impersonate any person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXIS DEV, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy in our astrological calculations, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided. The interpretations provided are AI-generated and should be taken as guidance rather than absolute truth.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability
